The Vital Kamýk project was inspired by the ideas of a healthy lifestyle, being active and living in a community. Care for the health of the building’s residents was therefore reflected in the structure’s foundations. We selected high-quality, environmentally-friendly materials, and we ensured a healthy atmosphere inside the apartments and a pleasant temperature in winter and in summer. You can make new friendships on the leisure-time roof terrace, which we called Harmonie. It will be an oasis for relaxation for you where you can read or play chess, as well as a community space for group meetings around a barbeque, enhanced by views of the surrounding area full of green space. Children will certainly find something to do at the children’s playground by the building, which will be a place for active relaxation on work-out elements or for yoga exercises. Do you like riding your bike? Then you will certainly be happy to find the bicycle wash and service station in front of the building. PROJECT CHARACTERISTICS

Vitak Kamýk will become such oasis, inspiring you to actively experience every day and fall asleep when you are pleasantly tired with a smile on your face. For ease of orientation, not only for building residents, we chose unique building names and symbols for both entrances to the project. The first entrance is named Esprit, and it will remind us to have an active mind and a positive approach to life. The second entrance, named Vitalis, will make it clear to everybody that they are entering a building full of vitality and healthy lifestyles.

The same as green space cleans the atmosphere outside beyond the walls, the managed ventilation system in the building handles the supply of fresh air into your apartment and prevents mould and bacteria from establishing themselves.

The Vital Kamýk apartment building is on Zimova ulice in Prague 12. The building is surrounded by outdoor green space and from the open and enclosed balconies there are wonderful views of Kamýk Wood and Modřany Gully. 

Right next to the building is the Sídliště Libuš bus stop and the construction of Libuš metro station is being prepared a few minutes’ walk away.

Because our company pays extraordinary attention to healthy living, we choose to realise every project using natural, environmentally-friendly materials and the best available technology.

All apartments meet the low-energy standard, which is achieved using windows with triple glazing, external jalousies on the eastern, southern and western sides and, primarily, a managed ventilation system with heat recuperation. This system guarantees the permanent inflow of fresh air without unnecessary heat losses and also prevents the arising of dangerous mould and bacteria. Heating is handled by a central heat exchanger.

Vital Kamýk is a home where there will always be fresh air, pleasant warmth, plenty of light and peace. It is an environmentally-friendly and economical apartment building that offers you the certainty of healthy and satisfied living

Financing

 

Standard payment schedule

  • Reservation contractReservation fee of CZK 80,000 for a studio (1+kk) apartment, CZK 100,000 for a one-bedroom (2+kk) apartment, CZK 120,000 for a two-bedroom (3+kk) apartment or larger; payable within five days of the conclusion of a reservation contract.
  • Conclusion of agreement on future contractPayment totalling 20% of the price of the apartment within 10 days of the conclusion of an agreement on future purchase contract.
  • Notification of completion of building shellPayment totalling 45% of the price of an apartment—payment within 10 days of the delivery of notification of the completion of the building shell, entry of the building in progress in the land-registry office and entry of a mortgage contract in favour of the client’s financing bank in the land registry.
  • Notification of completion of distribution networks and plasterworkPayment totalling 25% of the price of an apartment—payment within 10 days of the delivery of a notification of the completion of distribution networks and plasterwork—documented by an entry in the site log or photographic documentation at the request of the financing bank or appraiser.
  • Notification of occupation approval certificate for buildingAn additional payment totalling 10% of the price of an apartment taking into account the reservation fee paid—payment within 10 days of the delivery of a notification of occupation approval of the building, before the signature of the purchase contract.
  • Signature of purchase contract and handover of apartment
