We have obtained an effective land-use decision for the REZIDENCE TRILOBIT project.

In architectural terms the project is completely unique, within reach of the untouched countryside, but not far from the centre of Prague – that’s Rezidence Trilobit. It will be built on the edge of the wonderful Prokopský Valley, only a few steps from a natural reservation, in the borough of Hlubočepy in Prague 5. The beautiful, economical and exceptionally well-designed apartment buildings are part of a new generation of residences.

Our aim was to create luxury living that sensitively links with the surrounding landscape of Prokopský Valley. The ground floor apartments have front gardens, the others have grassed roof gardens and sunny terraces.

The spacious apartments have ingenious layouts and the living rooms are south-facing. The high ceilings make the apartments airy. We also thought about the necessary storage space.
